Στο site γράφει ότι δεν απαιτείται επαλήθευση, λένε ότι είναι πρόβλημα με τον πάροχο τους, από τις 5 Μαρτίου έχουν ακυρώσει επανειλημμένα τις αναλήψεις μου μετά από 2/3 ημέρες αναμονής και τα χρήματα που αποσύρθηκαν ήταν πίσω στον λογαριασμό παιχνιδιών, τότε μου πρότειναν μια χειροκίνητη ανάληψη, την οποία μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχουν κάνει απολύτως, η υποστήριξη πελατών μου γράφει σήμερα μέσω chat ότι η χειροκίνητη ανάληψη δεν ήταν επιτυχής... για μένα αυτό το καζίνο είναι μια απάτη που θα έπρεπε να κλείσουν για πάντα. μην κανεις οτιδηποτε για να μην σε πληρωσω, αν μπορεις να με βοηθησεις σε παρακαλω δεν ξερω τι να κανω πια, με την πρωτη μου αποσυρση που κανω με αυτους δεν ξερω τι να κανω πια ειναι απατεωνες

Ciao grazie mille cara Veronica, allora io ho mandato email sia al manager vip, sia al supporto sempre tramite email,oltre che ho parlato tramite chat,la verifica non è richiesta,in fatti. El sito sta scritto non richiesta la verifica,loro dicono che è un problema del loro provider,ormai è dal 5 marzo che ripetutamente mi annullavano i prelievi dopo 2/3 giorni in attesa,ed i soldi prelevato risultavano di nuovo sul conto gioco,allora mi avevano proposto un prelievo manuale,che ad oggi non mi hanno assolutamente fatto,il supporto clienti oggi mi scrive tramite chat che il prelievo manuale non è andato a buon fine...per me questo casino è una truffa dovrebbero chiudere per sempre,loro fa no di tuttk pur di non pagarti,se puoi aiutarmi ti prego non so piu cosa fare,con è il mio primo prelievo che effettuo con loro non so piu cosa fare sono dei truffatori
