I requested a partial withdrawal and was denied, followed by an email stating "we need to check something."
Over the past three months, I've made over 20 deposits and only withdrawn money three times. My account is over three years old. I thought it was some minor check. But three days have passed and I haven't received any responses. They're simply silent and won't give me my money! They don't ask for any information, they just remain silent and don't pay!
