Μέχρι στιγμής έχω μείνει πολύ ικανοποιημένος. Τα μόνα πράγματα που με ενοχλούν είναι οι μεγάλοι χρόνοι πληρωμής και τα πολύ χαμηλά όρια πληρωμών. Είμαι ήδη στην τάξη των ειδικών και μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη έως και 800 € σε μία πληρωμή, η οποία διαρκεί τρεις ημέρες. Αν κερδίσεις, για παράδειγμα, 5.000€, χρειάζεται πολύς χρόνος μέχρι να έχεις τα χρήματα στον λογαριασμό σου και στο τέλος είναι ο αυτοέλεγχος που σε εμποδίζει να χάσεις πάρα πολλά. Εδώ και πάνω από μια εβδομάδα έχω πρόβλημα με την αξιολόγηση ενός δελτίου στοιχήματος. Η υποστήριξη, η οποία συνήθως είναι πάντα γρήγορη για να βοηθήσει σε μια λύση, δεν είναι καθόλου ικανοποιητική. Στη ζωντανή συνομιλία πρέπει να εξηγήσετε το πρόβλημα χιλιάδες φορές και σας λένε επανειλημμένα να περιμένετε και ότι το θέμα έχει σταλεί σε άλλο τμήμα. Μετά από περισσότερο από μία ώρα λαμβάνετε την απάντηση ότι πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μου μέσω email. Καμία απάντηση για μια εβδομάδα. Έγραψα στο email υποστήριξης, χωρίς απάντηση για μια εβδομάδα. Ο διαχειριστής VIP δεν έχει απαντήσει μέσω WhatsApp για μια εβδομάδα. Αλλά μόνο για αυτό το πρόβλημα. Αν ρωτήσεις για κάτι άλλο παίρνεις άμεση απάντηση. Φαίνεται ότι δεν θέλουν να το φροντίσουν και να μου πληρώσουν τα χρήματα.

It seems like they don't want to take care of it and pay me the money.
Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden. Lediglich die lange Auszahlungsdauer und sehr geringe Auszahlungslimits stören mich. Bin schon auf Rang Experte und kann höchstens 800€ mit einer Auszahlung auszahlen, diese dauert 3 Tage. Bei einem Gewinn von z.b. 5000€ dauert es dann lange bis man die auf dem Konto hat und am Ende ist es die Selbstbeherrschung die einen nicht zu viel verspielen lässt. Seit über einer Woche habe ich nun ein Problem mit der Auswertung eines Wettscheins. Der Support der sonst immer schnell mit einer Lösung hilft ist null zufriedenstellend. Im Livechat muss man das Problem 1000mal erklären wird immer wieder auf Wartezeit vertröstet und das das Anliegen an eine andere Abteilung geschickt wird. Nach mehr als einer Stunde bekommt man die Antwort das man sich per Email bei mir melden. Seit einer Woche keine Antwort. Den Email Support angeschrieben, seit einer Woche keine Antwort. Der VIP Manager über WhatsApp seit einer Woche keine Antwort. Aber nur zu diesem Problem. Fragt man wegen etwas anderem nach gibt es sofort eine Antwort. Scheint als wollen sie sich nich drum kümmern und mir das Geld auszahlen.
