I made 2 deposits and won up to £800. When I had £700 in my balance I contacted customer support to ask if I could withdraw the funds and wait for the account to be verified. I got a simple no as a response. I then lost the funds and only have £200 left. It’s been 5 days now since I sent the documents requested and they haven’t even replied to any emails I have sent. They 100% delay the verification in hopes that you lose the funds. It’s a shame really as the game providers and amount of games available to play are brilliant.
