Καλημέρα,
ημέρα 30/08/2024 κατέθεσα 300 ευρώ μέσω κάρτας buddybank στο powbet6.com, παίζοντας έφτασα τα 900 ευρώ και ζήτησα ανάληψη 500 ευρώ την ημέρα 31/08/2024 μέσω διεθνούς τραπεζικού εμβάσματος πληκτρολογώντας το iban του λογαριασμού μου Revolut και ημέρα 09/01/2024 έκανα άλλο αίτημα ανάληψης 400 ευρώ πάντα με διεθνή τραπεζική κατάθεση.
(και οι λογαριασμοί buddybank και Revolut είναι στο όνομά μου)
Σήμερα απορρίφθηκε το πρώτο μου αίτημα ανάληψης, με διαγραφή 500 ευρώ από τον gaming λογαριασμό μου.
Επικοινώνησα με την υποστήριξη μέσω συνομιλίας και μου είπαν «Λυπούμαστε πολύ που σας ενημερώνουμε ότι το αίτημα ανάληψης ακυρώθηκε λόγω ενημέρωσης του παρόχου πληρωμών που επηρέασε τις αναλήψεις.
με πιστωτική κάρτα.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση το συνολικό ποσό
ανταποκριτής ήταν
πιστώνεται αμέσως πίσω στο
λογαριασμό παιχνιδιού.
Λυπούμαστε πραγματικά για την ταλαιπωρία που προκλήθηκε.
Ωστόσο, σας προσκαλούμε να υποβάλετε νέο αίτημα ανάληψης και θα χαρούμε να σας ενημερώσουμε.
αρμόδια υπηρεσία να διεκπεραιώσει και να αποστείλει το νέο αίτημα το συντομότερο δυνατό».
Ζήτησα και τις δύο αναλήψεις μέσω τραπεζικού εμβάσματος, όχι πιστωτικής κάρτας.
Μου συνέστησαν να υποβάλω ξανά το αίτημα ανάληψης μέσω τραπεζικού εμβάσματος.
Εκκρεμεί ακόμη η ανάληψη 400 ευρώ που έγινε την 01/09/2024.

I requested both withdrawals via bank transfer, not credit card.
I was advised to resubmit the withdrawal request again via bank transfer.
The withdrawal of 400 euros made on 01/09/2024 is still pending.

giorno 30/08/2024 ho versato 300 euro tramite carta buddybank su powbet6.com , giocando sono arrivato a 900 euro ed ho richiesto un prelievo di 500 euro giorno 31/08/2024 tramite bonifico internazionale inserendo iban del mio conto Revolut e giorno 01/09/2024 ho fatto un'altra richiesta di prelievo di 400 euro sempre con bonifico internazionale.
(sia conto buddybank che Revolut sono intestati a me)
Oggi mi é stato rifiutato la prima richiesta di prelievo, stornandomi 500 euro nel conto gioco.
Ho contattato l’assistenza tramite chat e mi é stato detto " Siamo davvero spiacenti di comunicarle che la sua richiesta di prelievo è stata nostro malgrado cancellata a causa di un aggiornamento del Provider di pagamento che ha coinvolto i prelievi
tramite carta di credito.
In ogni caso, l'importo totale
corrispondente è stato
prontamente riaccreditato sul
conto gioco.
Ci dispiace davvero per l'inconveniente occorso.
Tuttavia, la invitiamo a fare una nuova richiesta di prelievo e sarà nostra premura avvisare
dipartimento competente per evadere e processare il prima possibile la nuova richiesta".
Io entrambi i prelievi l’ho richiesti tramite bonifico non carta di credito..
Mi é stato riconsigliato di rifare la richiesta di prelievo di nuovo tramite bonifico.
Ancora il prelievo di euro 400 fatto giorno 01/09/2024 é in attesa.
