Terrible experience. Won't allow you close account. There customer care do not reply to emails. Email customercare@dolfwin.com has not replied to 5 of my emails.. Avoid this scam site.

- I have attempted to get account closed but emails are been ignored. I email customercare@dolfwin.com but no replies. I beg them to self exclude but no replies. I contact live chat but they just say other department deals with it and can't assist. It's is without doubt the worst experience I have had with a company. The slots are fixed to the lowest level I have ever seen. Avoid this site if you don't want problems
