4 days waiting for an ewallet crypto withdrawl. Why state on promoting sites that its 0-1 hour for ewallet transactions? Staff are unhelpful and rude, directing me to use a help bot and not answering questions in live chat. They use this 72 hour period to trick players, this is the reason why they have a cancel withdrawl button. This site is crap at best, slow and gaming providers that don't work. Since making this review, they are not responding to emails, so its funny they require more information for this review. The 72 hours have passed, and still no payout. The support are now mocking me via emails, sending me one that states they need 10 days to verify my documents, before a payout. Anything and everything to stop you from getting 1c. do not deposit here, this site is a full scam, run by scammers. you will never get payed out for any big wins, look what they are putting me through, a newly registered player, just to get an ewallet withdrawl of 300$ usd crypto. Whatever you put in, no matter what happens after that, whether its eaten up or you get a big win, you will never be able to pull anything out, without full on stuff arounds, that they do on purpose.
