Why am I not surprised that another casino that's "recommended by CasinoGuru isn't good? Another bad experience at a supposed good casino.
Everything was well, until they offered me VIP status and a VIP host. I was even given a "Welcome offer" of 50$ for becoming VIP and all they asked me to do, was write a good review on trustpilot. I did, and the nightmare started soon after that. Not only did my RTP seem to go from 90%+ to 10-15%, I was not allowed to get any good rewards. Not only did I start to lose significantly more after becoming vip, I never had rewards, they always gave the excuse,"You don't quite reach the minimum required, you need to lose more" , I got many more rewards and got an RTP of 90% when I was not VIP, ans when I became VIP, not only did I lose all my RTP from 90+% to <15% , I didn't get any rewards. The 50$ offer costed me much more from not getting rewards after Becoming VIP. What once seemed like a decent casino, they found a way to ruin it, they would get much more, if they didnt deceive players with these "Vip offers". Absolutely terrible.

- Extremely laggy
- Sportsbook freezes and crashes several times
- Becoming VIP is a curse in disguise
- When you become Vip, you get way less rewards and significantly lower amounts of the one you have
- RTP and rewards are non-existent after becoming VIP
