Hit a huge win very soon after registration, KYC process felt like an eternity and I feel like it was intentional on their behalf. Lots of documents are required compared to any other casinos I have played on(and I have played on a lot). All my documents were approved and they kept sending me messages that I still need the ones that were already approved on the site... this went on for 1-2 days but eventually, I was approved and got paid out a few days after that. During the process, I have obviously spent some of my winnings which I think was their goal all along and they knew exactly what they were doing. But for that, I can only blame myself. If you have the willpower you are going to have no issues on the site.
