Absolute failure for their total lack of customer service. I looked for quite a while because what online casino doesn't have live chat? Also some review sites claimed that they have live chat. They do not. Their email says they will get back in 24 hours. I wanted the welcome bonus which didn't show up for me and I waited 30 plus hours to hear from them and nothing. Of course I couldn't play my account because I was waiting for my bonus. I gave up and lost my deposit immediately. It was a very small deposit, that's mainly why I wanted the bonus.
