Account frozen after some winning streak. They write that They enjoy every single winning of their customers and in the same time They block their accounts. All that security things is an empty speech. Its almost a month with frozen account. Nowhere else KYC process last longer than a week for a normal small player like me. Their T&C is just a tool in their hands to block You and make You go away from them if You are winning. ID's sent, Skype call done and still no answer. After my email that i want to make a complaint They stopped to respond. Yes, yes Your very busy departament responds in order for sure.
Edit: 30.05 account unfrozen. After 2 tries of withdrawals account frozen again. Its a circus. Just stay away!
