Ο λογαριασμός μου δεν επαληθεύτηκε ποτέ καθώς δεν ζητήθηκε ποτέ.
Στο παρελθόν μέχρι πριν λίγους μήνες έχω κάνει ανάληψη και 4000 ευρώ (σε αναλήψεις 4/5 λόγω των περιορισμών)
Ποτέ δεν έχω κερδίσει ή παίξει με μπόνους αλλά πάντα «κατευθύνω» χρήματα
Μιλάω στο καζίνο κάθε μέρα.
Μου ζήτησαν να δοκιμάσω με διαφορετικές κάρτες...
με τραπεζικό έμβασμα..
και χθες μου πρότειναν να χρησιμοποιήσω το mifinity
Από σήμερα έχω 800 ευρώ στον λογαριασμό παιχνιδιού μου και 800 σε αναμονή πληρωμής μέσω Mifinity.
Η τελευταία απάντηση από την υποστήριξη ήταν "μην επιχειρήσετε άλλο να κάνετε ανάληψη και περιμένετε έως ότου υπάρχουν και τα δύο κέρδη στον λογαριασμό σας, ώστε να προσπαθήσουμε να καταλάβουμε γιατί δεν πραγματοποιούνται οι πληρωμές"
Επαναλαμβάνω ότι στις ίδιες κάρτες/τρέχον λογαριασμό έχω λάβει την πληρωμή πολλών άλλων κερδών πάντα με 7sign και δεν μου ζήτησαν ποτέ να επαληθεύσω την ταυτότητά μου (κάτι που δεν έχω πρόβλημα να κάνω)

As of today I have 800 euros in my game account and 800 waiting to be paid via Mifinity.
The last response from support was "do not attempt to withdraw anymore and wait until both winnings are in your account so we can try to understand why the payments are not going through"
I repeat that on the same cards/current account I have received the payment of many other winnings always with 7sign and they never asked me to verify my identity (which I have no problem doing)

il mio account non è mai stato verificato in quanto mai stato chiesto.
Ho prelevato nel passato, fino a qualche mese fa, anche 4000 euro (in 4/5 prelievi a cusa delle restrizioni)
Non ho mai vinto o giocato con i bonus ma sempre soldi "diretti"
con il casino ci sto parlando ogni giorno.
Mi hanno chiesto di provare con caarte diverse...

e ieri mi hanno suggerito di utilizzare mifinity
Ad oggi ho 800euro sul conto di gioco e 800 in attesa di eseere pagati tramite Mifinity.
Ultima risposta del supporto è stata "non tentare piu il prelievo e aspetta che tutte e due le vincite siano sul conto cosi cerchiamo di capire perche i pagamenti non vanno a buon fine"
Ribadisco che sulle stesse carte/conto corrente ho ricevuto il pagamento di tantissime altre vincite sempre con 7sign e non mi hanno mai chiesto di verificare l identità (cosa che non ho nessun problema a fare)
