Στις 19 Νοεμβρίου 2024, στις 4:01 μ.μ. τοπική ώρα Ιταλίας, έπαιζα τον κουλοχέρη Halloween II από τον πάροχο Pragmatic και είχα ολοκληρώσει το παιχνίδι με έναν πλήρη πολλαπλασιαστή x10, φτάνοντας το ποσό των κερδών των 149,36 €.

In data 19-11-2024 ore 16.01 ora locale italiana stavo giocando alla slot del provider pragmatic (hallowen II) e avevo completato la giocata con tutto il x10 ed ero arrivato alla vincita di Euro 149,36.
Stavo giocando da cellulare poi per una mancanza di linea è uscito dal programma e quando sono rientrato non mi ha riconosciuto la vincita.
Anche se la vincita era ancora aperta su un altra schermata il loro programma non mi faceva fare lo screen.
Contattato il servizio clienti per chat mi hanno assicurato che la mia problematica sarebbe stata girata al dipartimento competente di controllo.
Più volte ho contattato via chat e via posta elettronica il casinò, ma le risposte sono state sempre di attendere perchè il dipartimento stava controllando ma credo che erano solo scuse per prendere tempo.
In più gli ho anco fatto notare che in quella sessione di gioco c'era l'ingresso ma non c'era l'uscita e non risultava neanche una vincita di 0,10 da parte della slot che credo sia impossibile.
