Γράφω εδώ επειδή είμαι απελπισμένος και επειδή είναι ο μόνος ιστότοπος που έχω δει να εμπιστεύεται να γράψει ένα παράπονο για αυτήν την εταιρεία.
Μετά την απόρριψη ενός αιτήματος ανάληψης λόγω της ανάγκης αποστολής εγγράφων, προχώρησα στην αποστολή όλων των απαιτούμενων εγγράφων. Φωτογραφίες της Κάρτας του Πολίτη μου, στιγμιότυπα οθόνης του λογαριασμού μου στο Neteller, selfie κρατώντας το CC και βλέπω το mail που έστειλε το τμήμα ασφαλείας και τέλος με ρώτησαν για τη σχέση μου με κάποιους ανθρώπους. Ήξερα μόνο έναν, που ήταν ο ξάδερφός μου.
Ενημερώθηκα μέσω email, το οποίο στέλνω ως συνημμένο, ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είχε κλείσει λόγω παραβίασης των όρων και προϋποθέσεων. Επιπλέον, στο τέλος του ίδιου email, μου είπαν ότι μπορούσα να κάνω ανάληψη της αξίας των καταθέσεων (όπως μπορείτε να δείτε στο στιγμιότυπο του email που στέλνω στο συνημμένο: «Μπορείτε να κάνετε ανάληψη μόνο του κατατεθειμένου ποσού. ").
Κατέθεσα 1.000€, άρα σύμφωνα με αυτά που μου λένε, μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη αυτών των 1.000€. Δεν θέλω κέρδη, απλά θέλω να αποσύρω τα κατατεθειμένα μου χρήματα και αυτό που είπε το τμήμα ότι μπορώ να κάνω.
Ρώτησα το support chat, μου είπαν ότι έπρεπε να στείλω ένα email ζητώντας να ξεκλειδωθεί ο λογαριασμός για να προχωρήσω στην ανάληψη, καθώς δεν μπορώ να συνδεθώ στον λογαριασμό (Στέλνω αυτήν τη συνομιλία ως συνημμένο).
Ωστόσο, αφού έχουν ήδη σταλεί email και συνεχή αιτήματα για βοήθεια, δεν θα με αφήσουν να συνδεθώ στον λογαριασμό μου και να κάνω ανάληψη των χρημάτων ΜΟΥ, των χρημάτων που κατέθεσα.
Πάρε με με τα κέρδη, κατάλαβα. Το να πάρω τα χρήματά μου είναι σκέτη κλοπή.
Εκτιμώ όλη τη βοήθεια που μπορεί να γίνει. Είμαι ειλικρινά απελπισμένος.

I write here because I'm desperate and because it's the only site I've seen trusted to write a complaint about this company.
After a rejected withdrawal request due to the need to send documents, I proceeded to send all the requested documentation. Photos of my Citizen Card, screenshots of my Neteller account, selfie holding the CC and seeing the mail sent by the security department, and finally they asked about my relationship with some people. I only knew one, which was my cousin.
I was informed by email, which I send as an attachment, that my account had been closed for breach of the terms and conditions. Furthermore, at the end of that same email, I was told that I could withdraw the value of the deposits made (as you can see in the screenshot of the email I am sending in the attachment: "You can withdraw the deposited sum only.").
I deposited €1,000, so according to what they tell me, I can withdraw those €1,000. I don't want profits, I just want to withdraw my deposited money and what the department said I could do.
I asked the support chat, they told me that I had to send an email asking for the account to be unlocked to proceed with the withdrawal, as I can't log into the account (I'm sending this conversation as an attachment).
However, after emails have already been sent and continuous requests for help, they won't let me log into my account and withdraw MY money, the money I deposited.
Take me with the profits, I understand. Taking my money is pure theft.
I appreciate all the help that can be done. I am sincerely desperate.

Escrevo aqui por estar desesperado e por ser o único site que vi ser confiável para escrever uma reclamação em relação a esta empresa.
Após pedido rejeitado de levantamento devido a ser necessário enviar documentos, procedi a enviar toda a documentação pedida. Fotos do meu Cartão de Cidadão, screenshots da minha conta Neteller, selfie a segurar o CC e a ver-se o mail enviado pelo departamento de segurança, e por fim perguntaram pela relação com algumas pessoas. Apenas conhecia uma, que se travava do meu primo.
Foi-me indicado por mail, que envio em anexo, que a minha conta tinha sido encerrada por violação dos termos e condições. Mais ainda, no final desse mesmo email, foi-me indicado que podia levantar o valor dos depósitos realizados (como pode ver no screenshot do mail que envio em anexo: "You can withdraw the deposited sum only.").
Eu depositei 1000€, portanto segundo o que me dizem, posso levantar esses mil euros. Não pretendo lucros, quero apenas levantar o meu dinheiro depositado e que o departamento disse que eu podia fazer.
Perguntei ao chat de apoio, disseram-me que tinha de enviar um email a pedir o desbloqueio da conta para proceder ao levantamento, visto que eu não consigo entrar na conta (envio em anexo essa conversa).
No entanto, após mails já enviados e contínuos pedidos de ajuda, não me deixam entrar na minha conta e levantar o MEU dinheiro, o dinheiro que eu depositei.
Ficarem-me com os lucros, entendo. Ficarem-me com o meu dinheiro, é puro roubo.
Agradeço toda a ajuda que for possível ser feita. Estou sinceramente desesperado.
