Πάντα έπαιζα και ποτέ δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα με αυτό το καζίνο.

ho sempre giocato e mai avuto problemi su questo casino .
ora ho fatto un prelievo di 160 e ad oggi nessuno mi riesce a dare una risposta concreta sul ritardo del prelievo .
i primi giorni mi dicevano che dipendeva dalla banca quindi ho chiesto via e-mail e chat di vedere l’iban in caso di errore (impossibile perché sono molto attento a queste cose ) o un tracciamento per verificare con la banca . In chat non hanno queste info e via e-mail non rispondo .
l’unica cosa che mi dicono è che stanno facendo del loro meglio .
ho già fatto altri prelievi e utilizzato la piattaforma .
non capisco dove sia il problema questa volta .
