My stake bet

Hello I’m having difficulties with my stake bet. They have blocked my account after a few recent wins. I have sent them all my documentation (drivers license, proof of address and a selfie) for verification I have sent numerous emails and no response. Can someone please advise what I can do? Is it even a legitimate company?

I only started using the company on Friday. The worrying thing for me was it seemed to only happen when I was winning. I will give them a bit more time and hopefully it will get resolved without escalation. I’ve never been blocked by a bookmaker site before so found it very odd.
