I spent $60 to get the $180 and am upset they let me make a purchase but won’t let me withdrawal. I have emailed several times and no response. I've been playing games on Acornfun for awhile and have no problem with redemptions until now. I have 9 of them still waiting for review since the beginning of January. I was communicating with customer service through the app with promises to pay me just be patient a little longer blah blah. Well I've been ignored for about 10 days and I've called customer service emailed the support department and I've gotten no where with no responses and I'm at a loss with what to do.
