On the 15th of August I made a withdrawal of 6000.06 euro via wire transfer.its been three weeks now and I haven't received my payment, I have reached out to 888 customer care only to be told that the transfer was made and I should enquire with my commercial bank which I did and was told that there were no transfers done to my account as yet.i continued emailing their (888 )transaction team only to be told that my issue will be investigated and they will get back to me ....so far I am still awaiting their reply and my payment.
