I am writing to file a complaint against Stackr Casino. Unfortunately, Stackr Casino does not appear to be listed on your website as an option for filing a complaint.

I recently won a significant amount of money on a $1 spin at Stackr Casino. However, after the win, my account was inexplicably deleted, and I received a refund for only the initial buy-in amount. I have been unable to contact Stackr Casino to resolve this issue.

I believe that I have been unfairly treated and would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter. I would be grateful if you could provide guidance on how to proceed with my complaint.

The win was $17,300 if that turns any heads. More money than I can stomach. I don’t know what to do it seems like they’ve blocked me on everything with no explanation. Stay away from this scam casino!

Please submit your complaint here with our team and when choosing a casino which you want to file a complaint against, choose the tab where it says that the casino is not on the list. Another option for how to submit it is to choose any casino from the list and explain to our team which casino you are really submitting it for, so they can fix it right.
