Hello, I understand your frustration - who does not want cool bonus! Casino may faced some technical issue, that's for sure, however in the end it's the unfortunate player who has been shorten on bonus, so some compensation is in order. Of course it's only my personal opinion. On the other hand, as you can read in this thread, casino lacks any kind of swiftness towards players.

Have you tried ask for a compensation directly? 🙂

You clearly made the deposit in order to get the bonus, but they were so slow with adding the deposit on your casino account that once they finally did it, the bonus offer wasn't valid anymore, right? In this case, I believe that you should get the bonus added to your account manually. Exactly the same bonus as they offered the day before.

No worries. The good thing is that you have evidence that you can provide. In that case, even if the casino refuses to provide you with the bonus, I'd advise you to submit a complaint on our website. The casino is actually good in terms of dealing with complaints from players so I believe there's still a chance that you could get the bonus.
