Καληνυχτα! Έκανα τον λογαριασμό στο vulkan vegas και πήρα ένα συγκεκριμένο ποσό για ανάληψη. Λοιπόν, κατά την υποβολή των εγγράφων μου για επαλήθευση KYC, μετά από λίγες ημέρες έλαβα ένα email αφού επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μέσω συνομιλίας, ενημερώνοντάς τους ότι ο λογαριασμός μου επαληθεύτηκε. Πήγα εκεί, προσπαθώντας να ζητήσω την απόσυρση των πιστώσεων μου, αλλά ήταν ακόμα με "ημιτελές". Αποφάσισα να επικοινωνήσω ξανά με τους συνοδούς, οπότε ο συνοδός με ενημέρωσε ότι ο λογαριασμός μου δεν είχε επαληθευτεί ακόμη, αλλά απάντησα ότι είχα ένα σφάλμα, καθώς είχα ήδη λάβει το email επιβεβαίωσης του λογαριασμού. Της έστειλα τη φωτογραφία του email, πήγε να ψάξει στο σύστημα και επαλήθευσε ότι ο λογαριασμός μου επαληθεύτηκε και ότι το αίτημα ανάληψης θα επιβεβαιωνόταν σε λίγες ώρες ή μέρες, οκ. Άλλη μια μέρα πέρασε και καμία αλλαγή στην κατάσταση του αιτήματος ανάληψης. Επικοινώνησα ξανά με τη συνοδό, με ενημέρωσε ξανά ότι ο λογαριασμός μου δεν έχει επαληθευτεί ακόμα. αλλά πάλι ενημέρωσα ότι είχαν περάσει 2 μέρες από τότε που έλαβα το email επαλήθευσης. είπε ότι η κατάσταση του λογαριασμού μου δεν είχε επαληθευτεί ακόμη και ότι επρόκειτο να προωθήσει την υπόθεσή μου στον αρμόδιο τομέα και ότι θα περίμενα να επιλυθεί η υπόθεση. Το βράδυ επικοινώνησα ξανά με το chat και, προς έκπληξή μου, ο συνοδός με ενημέρωσε ότι ο λογαριασμός μου δεν είχε επαληθευτεί ακόμη και ότι το email που έλαβα ήταν 1 σφάλμα. Ήθελα να μάθω αν θα μπορέσω κάποια μέρα να επαληθεύσω τον λογαριασμό και αν θα μπορέσω να πραγματοποιήσω την ανάληψη μου.

Boa noite! fiz a conta na vulkan vegas e consegui certa quantia para sacar. pois bem, ao enviar meus documentos para verificação KYC, após alguns dias recebi email depois de entrar em contato com eles pelo chat, informando que minha conta foi verificada. fui lá, tentar solicitar o saque dos meus créditos, porém ainda estava com status "incompleto". decidi entrar em contato novamente com os atendentes, sendo assim, a atendente me informou que minha conta ainda não estava verificada, porém respondi que tinha algum erro, pois já havia recebido o email de confirmação da verificação da conta. enviei a foto do email para ela, a mesma foi olhar no sistema e comprovou que minha conta estava verificada, e que meu pedido de levantamento estaria sendo confirmado em algumas horas ou dias, ok. mais um dia se passou e nada de alteração no status do pedido de levantamento. entrei novamente em contato com a atendente, a mesma novamente me informou que minha conta não estava verificada ainda. porem novamente informei que ja fazia 2 dias que eu tinha recebido o email de verificação. ela disse que o status da minha conta ainda não estava como verificado e que ia encaminhar meu caso para o setor responsavel e que eu aguardasse a resolução do caso. pela noite entrei em contato com o chat novamente, e para minha surpresa, o atendente me informou que minha conta ainda não estava verificada e que o email que recebi foi 1 erro. queria saber se vou conseguir ter a conta verificada algum dia e se conseguirei realizar meu levantamento.
