Do not play here, after requesting withdrawal my account has been blocked without any info, e-mailed them and they haven't reply for over a week for now... stay away.

I would suggest avoiding this casino as I had my accounts closed and all the funds stolen by the casino.

The problem was I had created 2 accounts which i did not do for any reason other than i thought the first account wasn't created correctly. I gained no advantage from having 2 accounts and indeed i believe had deposited more than I had withdrawn.


This is the email i received:

This is an unfortunate situation sadly, from the casino's perspective, you did violate the terms.

I'm not judging, just saying it happened.

There is, however, a question of fairness. We at Casino Guru believe this aspect is more important than the rules.

When you say you have gained no unfair advantage by creating two accounts, allow me to ask you, did you take any bonuses?

In the future, if you ever find yourself in the same situation, do not create a second account - reach out to the casino as soon as possible and set the profile correctly. As you see the other "solution" is not worth the complications. 🙁

Hello, the only thing i got was cash back but that is based on losses so there wasn't any advantage in that.

Yes, I should have just got them to sort out my first account and not created a 2nd account. I will take note for the future.

I'd have been quite happy if they'd have shut down the duplicate account and left me with the original and if they wanted to take off my winnings because i hadn't adhered to the T&C's then fair enough. However to take my deposit surely is not the right thing to do.

Cashback is a sort of an advantage, not as serious as doubled no-deposit bonus would be. May I ask you to update your complaint regarding the cashback? It is better to notice that right at the beginning, we would not like the casino to surprise us.
