I fear there is no way to adjust casino capacity from outside. Let me describe a thought, however:

You may use this green link to file a complaint regarding delayed payment; just consider that the casino will have to address it in order to proceed further with the resolution. In my opinion, if they are already delayed, I am not sure this process will speed their effectiveness, if you know what I mean.

Καλησπερα περιμενω 15 μερες για αποσυρση απο ραμπονα και μεχρι στιγμης τιποτα, καθε μερα το κουβεντα λεει τα ιδια αλλα δεν δινουν προθεσμια για να κανεις την αποσυρση. Μπορεί κάποιος να βοηθήσει;

Ζητάω ανάληψη από τον Rabona για πάνω από 15 μέρες τώρα, και κάθε μέρα δίνουν την ίδια δικαιολογία ότι είναι πίσω από το πρόγραμμα, αλλά ποτέ δεν λένε πότε ή αν θα το καταθέσουν.

Μπορεί κάποιος να βοηθήσει;

Γεια σε όλους, έκανα 2 αιτήματα ανάληψης, το ένα στις 21/08 και το άλλο στις 24/08 στο Rabona.

Από σήμερα 30/08 μετά από 7 εργάσιμες ημέρες και 9 ημερολογιακές ημέρες δεν μου έχει πιστωθεί ακόμα τίποτα και οι Αναλήψεις εξακολουθούν να εκκρεμούν, προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω με την υποστήριξη μέσω Live Chat αλλά μου επαναλαμβάνουν πάντα τα ίδια πράγματα, ότι είναι, ότι υπάρχουν καθυστερήσεις λόγω των πολλών αιτημάτων ανάληψης.

Είναι όμως φυσιολογικό να περιμένεις όλο αυτό το διάστημα για 450 ευρώ (250 + 200); Διαβάζω κριτικές στο διαδίκτυο και φοβάμαι ότι έχασα τα χρήματά μου, βασίζομαι σε εσάς για να λύσετε το πρόβλημα.

Hello, I see that you have managed to file a complaint and it is also mentioned there that we give casinos 14 days in these cases to resolve everything that is necessary and send the money to the players. Do you think you can hold out until that time passes ? After that, our team will contact the casino and try to help if nothing has changed. 

I also wanted to ask about verification but I see it hasn't been needed yet, so I understand.

καλημερα σας...εχω κανει μια αναληψη απο 11/9 500 ευρω απο ραμπονα που ειδα απο το σαιτ σας μεχρι τις 18/9 δεν τα ειχαν βαλει...και ξανα εκανα αναληψη με ΙΒΑΝ 18/9 και παλι μεχρι σημερα δεν μου τα εχουν βαλει...εχω στειλει μηνυμα και μονο μου λενε συγγνωμη για την καθυστερηση...Εχω κουραστει να λενε απλα ενα συγγνωμη και να μην δινουν τα λεφτα ενω να τα παιρνουν ειναι οκ

Hello, why did you change the payment method in the end? Was it necessary for you to be verified by the casino? 

I see that despite everything you still don't have the money and we give casinos 14 days to sort everything out and send the money to the player. I would probably think about lodging a complaint with us and our team will try to help you since nothing has happened for a long time and you keep getting the same answer.

Επρεπε να αλλάξω τον τρόπο ανάληψης διότι άλλαξα την κάρτα της τράπεζας και μου είπαν να την κάνω την ανάληψη μέσω IBAN. Δεν μου έχει ζητηθεί ταυτοποίηση από το καζίνο. Κάθε μέρα σχεδόν που στέλνω μηνύματα μου λένε ότι όλα είναι καλά

Then I understand why you changed the method. If the casino recommended it to you, it's probably a better way. Also, if they don't need verification, that's fine, because if they need documents and to verify you, that's bound to happen. 

So do you think you'll give it some more time or will you go for the complaint?

Νομίζω ότι πρέπει να προχωρήσουμε στην καταγγελία διότι οκ 500 ευρώ είναι δεν είναι 20.000..Επίσης ας μην δίνουν ένα όριο αν δεν μπορούν να το τηρήσουν..Και διάβασα πολλά άσχημα για το κάζινο εδώ μέσα. Και με λυπεί που πρέπει να γίνει αυτό αντί να είναι σωστοί. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Perhaps it would be best to mention that our specialists, for instance, get involved once the probability of resolving the matter is drastically low or if the player struggles longer than 14 full days. It is unnerving to read others negative experiences, but in relation to complaints, it does not matter much. I think you should know that to avoid surprises. So, since your complaint has already been filed, I wish you a fair resolution, of course.

Have you been ever told why these issues occurred? I'm sorry if I missed this information.

Ελπίζω να βγει άκρη. Μόλις τους έστειλα μήνυμα και πάλι τα ίδια μου λένε. Με έχουν κουράσει πολύ. Δεν γίνεται να ξέρουν να παίρνουν τα λεφτά αλλά όχι να δίνουν τα κέρδη!

Obviously they probably have nothing more to say to you so try to be patient and we'll see how it develops. If nothing significant happens our team will try to intervene.

τους εστειλα σημερα μηνυμα παλι και η απαντηση ηταν αυτη

Μας ενημερώσανε σήμερα το πρωί επάνω σε αυτό.  Επιτρέψτε μου πρώτα να ζητήσω συγγνώμη εκ μέρους της σελίδας μας για τη σοβαρή καθυστέρηση που σημειώθηκε για τους παίκτες μας και να σας διαβεβαιώσω ότι το τμήμα συναλλαγών θα προχωρήσει άμεσα και το συντομότερο δυνατό στην ολοκλήρωση όλων των αναλήψεων για τα μέλη μας. Ελπίζω να λάβετε τα κέρδη σας άμεσα και να συνεχίσετε με χαρά το παιχνίδι σας.
