How long did it take to get your first withdrawal? I am currently facing the same problem and am on day 19 without receiving any yet

Hey there,
I am really hoping you guys can help me. So I was gifted 125 CAD in bonus funds, somehow I ended up reaching 35X and eventually got my total to a little over $7000. So on July 3rd I put three withdrawal requests in of $700. I still haven’t received it, and still have a lot of funds left to withdraw, this is something I am starting to worry about as I have received $600 from them before and do not remember it taking this long.
I have contacted them via live chat and email and it’s always the same answer, the financial department has a delay. I am not really sure what to do as this is not a small sum of money

May I firstly ask, please, if everything was okay according to the bonus terms?
Like the maximum withdrawal from that bonus and so on? Do you have this information about how much it is?
Of course, I believe that they should already address everything regarding your withdrawals, as it already takes way too long.
Perhaps our complaint team could investigate the matter together with you and find out what is really taking this long.

There were no conditions upon withdrawal and they have assured me the financial department are processing it, but it is almost 3 weeks sense first withdrawal. All my bonus money is real balance now so it wouldn’t be anything to do with a bonus expiring.
like I said I still have $4900 to withdraw but can’t due to the 3 pending withdrawals

Yeah, so that definitely looks like the casino has some issues. I just hope that it is just something temporary, like a lot of withdrawal requests at once, and nothing more. Might happen sometimes, as now many employees are on holidays, you know.
Anyway, I saw that the disputed amount in your complaint is different, though, so was it some mistake that you've done when submitting it, perhaps?
Just to make sure we have the right information there, actually.

The amount I have entered in my complaint is correct as I stated in the first message that I am waiting on 3 payments of $700.

If I could withdraw the full amount that would 100% be preferred. The exact amount including pending withdrawals is $7975.60. I have still not received the first withdrawals. I also haven't heard from the complaint team about this situation.
I am becoming anxious as this is a lot of money to lose.

Our complaint team can help you to withdraw the whole amount; of course, you just need to state it in your complaint.

Κέρδισα 500 ευρώ και έκανα ανάληψη μετά απο 3 μέρες πάω να μπω και είχαν μπλοκάρει τον λογαριασμό..πάνε τωρα 34 μέρες και ακομα μου λένε τα ίδια ότι θα λάβω σύντομα τα λεφτά μου ..μιλάμε για το χειρότερο καζίνο που υπαρχει
