Έλαβα ένα μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου ότι ο λογαριασμός μου έχει αποκλειστεί και βρίσκεται υπό έλεγχο. Οι πληροφορίες ήταν ότι θα υπήρχαν πρόσθετες πληροφορίες μια εβδομάδα μετά το lockdown. Έχουν περάσει πάνω από 2 ΜΗΝΕΣ από τότε που ο λογαριασμός μου κλειδώθηκε και ακόμα δεν υπάρχει πρόοδος. Η υποστήριξη επαναλαμβάνει μόνο ότι δεν γνωρίζει τίποτα και δεν μπορεί να δώσει προθεσμία για την επιθεώρηση. Κατά τη γνώμη μου, θα ψάξουν για οποιαδήποτε ευκαιρία να μην πληρώσουν τα χρήματα. Ζητήστε βοήθεια.
