Κάνω παράπονο ή συνεχίζω τη διαδικασία;...βοήθεια...

Γεια σε όλους, χρειάζομαι συμβουλές από κάποιον πιο ειδικό από εμένα για το πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω με ένα διαδικτυακό καζίνο που δεν ανήκει στο AAMS.

Ζήτησα την πρώτη μου ανάληψη 300e (χωρίς μπόνους, μόνο πραγματικά χρήματα και πραγματικές ανανεώσεις) και ο ιστότοπος μου έστειλε ένα email ζητώντας πρόσθετα έγγραφα.

Θέλω να επισημάνω ότι είχα ήδη επαληθεύσει τον gaming λογαριασμό με όλα τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα (selfie, άδεια οδήγησης και λογαριασμός σπιτιού), στα πρόσθετα έγγραφα μου ζητούν φωτογραφία με καλυμμένους αριθμούς, μπροστά και πίσω από την κάρτα με το οποίο κατέθεσα και μια περαιτέρω selfie με την άδειά μου στο ευανάγνωστο χέρι μου.

Θα ήθελα να μάθω τι σχέση υπάρχει μεταξύ της selfie με την άδεια οδήγησης στο χέρι και της απόσυρσής μου, όταν έχουν ήδη τη φωτογραφία του εγγράφου που ζητήθηκε.

Συνεχίζω με την απαιτούμενη επαλήθευση ή είναι προτιμότερο να ανοίξω καταγγελία;

As far as verification is concerned, I would recommend to cooperate with the casino. Apparently it's just a additional verification since you say that your account has already been verified. It's a process that casinos are careful about, so I don't think it's unusual.

(μου λένε ότι το στιγμιότυπο από την εφαρμογή της τράπεζάς μου για το αντίγραφο κίνησης της κάρτας είναι επίσης καλό αν καταλαβαίνω καλά, το πρόβλημα είναι ότι θέλουν την κάρτα με τους πρώτους έξι αριθμούς ακάλυπτους και τους τελευταίους τέσσερις... μια χαρά στην εφαρμογή η τράπεζά μου δείχνει μόνο τα τέσσερα τελευταία, οπότε νομίζω ότι θα το απέρριπταν επίσης)

How long has anyone waited for this "game check, bet check" before receiving your withdrawal? I am going on 5 days even after successful kyc verification and I was told I been verified and did not need any further verification procedures to withdraw but I haven't even gotten one or any email or indication that I am getting my winnings going on day 5!
