Hola, como saben betmaster indica en sus términos y condiciones que cuando ingresas fondos por spei se habré una cuenta con el mismo número de cuenta clabe desde la cual originaste la transferencia así cuando retires tus fondos estos llegarán a la cuenta de la cual depositaste.

Cuando ingresé fondos copie la cuenta CLABE que uso más seguido de spin by Oxxo de stp ya que fue la que me dio como opción betmastermx imagino la opción era que ingresará los fondos desde esa cuenta, pero la app de spin by Oxxo se actualizo y no pude ingresar al momento, mi otra opción fue ingresar fondos a astropay desde mi cuenta spin by Oxxo por medio de mi tarjeta de débito, una vez ingresé los fondos en astropay Realice la transferencia a betmastermx con la CLABE que me da para transferir desde spin by Oxxo. Con astropay me confirman que la transferencia se efectuó correctamente por la cantidad de $195.00 MXN y en betmastermx verifico efectivamente se acreditaron los fondos, lo que no me percate fue que tenían otra cuenta CLABE, cada vez que ingresas fondos en betmastermx ya sea por tarjeta, transferencia o desde otra cuenta se genera una CLABE diferente aún así indiques en cuál CLABE depositar, entonces cuando retire los fondos desde betmastermx el retiro se procesa con éxito o eso pensé ya que los fondos no se reflejaron en mi cuenta de astropay, ya me comunique con betmastermx y le expliqué con pruebas el problema, también con astropay y solo le dicen que los fondos se transfirieron correctamente a la cuenta indicada, astropay dice que se transfirió $195.00 a la cuenta que yo ingresé, y betmastermx dice que el retiro se transfirió a la cuenta desde la cual ingresé los fondos, la cuenta que registro betmastermx no coincide con mi cuenta CLABE en astropay, ahora cuando un conocido que también es usuario en betmastermx me pregunta cómo puede hacer su retiro mostrándome su saldo, a lo cual me percate que su saldo que está en su cuenta tiene la misma cuenta CLABE que mi cuenta en betmastermx (al parecer se duplico) y también le dio la misma clabe que tengo yo, le pregunté si el ingreso fondos desde astropay a lo que indica que si, entonces le comento que yo hice una transferencia igual desde astropay para ingresar fondos en betmastermx y que nuestras cuentas reflejan la misma clabe.
Ahora ya con esto, me comunique con betmastermx y le vuelvo a dar más pruebas del error que existe, y solo responden que el problema es de astropay, desde el día 20/03/2025 le eh solicitado un comprobante de la transacción a lo cual solo me dicen que la información es la misma que indican los movimientos y transacciones que aparecen en mi cuenta betmastermx, no brindando nada más de información la cual compruebe que la cuenta a la cual se realizó el retiro este a mi nombre o me pertenezca, ahora porque mi amigo también tiene la misma cuenta CLABE con casino betmastermx? estos son los datos de los movimientos que se hicieron
