Γεια σας, έχω πρόβλημα με την ανάληψη στο καζίνο boomerang, έκανα ανάληψη 1000 € στις 06/06/2022, στις 11/06 μου έστειλαν email επιβεβαίωσης για την ανάληψη 900 €, στις 13/06 επιβεβαίωσαν ότι από 100 € , η ανάληψη των 100 ευρώ πιστώθηκε στις 14/06 ενώ η ανάληψη των 900 ευρώ εξαφανίστηκε, το site μου λέει ότι η ανάληψη ολοκληρώθηκε, το chat μου λέει ότι όλα είναι εντάξει και δεν έχω απαντήσει εδώ και 5 μέρες στο mail, δεν έχω έλαβα οτιδήποτε, τα χρήματά μου έχουν κλαπεί, έχω στείλει email επιβεβαίωσης και στιγμιότυπα οθόνης του τραπεζικού μου λογαριασμού στην υποστήριξη όπου μπορείτε να δείτε ότι δεν έχω λάβει πιστώσεις 900 €, δεν ξέρω πλέον τι να κάνω.

Buongiorno, ho un problema con il prelievo su boomerang casino, ho prelevato 1000 € il giorno 06/06/2022, il giorno 11/06 mi hanno inviato mail di conferma per il prelivo di 900 €, il giorno 13/06 confermavano quello da 100 €, il prelievo da 100 € è stato accreditato il giorno 14/06 mentre quello da 900 € è sparito, il sito mi da che il prelievo è completato, la chat mi dice che è tutto ok e non mi rispondono da 5 giorni per mail, io non ho ricevuto nulla mi hanno rubato i soldi, ho inviato al supporto mail di conferma e screen del mio conto bancario dove si vede che non ho ricevuto accrediti di 900 €, non so più cosa fare.
