You mentioned that the document from the bank was no longer suitable. Did the casino also say why this was the case ? I also find it quite strange that they sent you a code with hieroglyphics and you say you sent it twice while the casino says they didn't receive anything. It must be frustrating to keep running around in circles. 

Also, I see that the chat has only sent you one reply saying that your withdrawal is under review and it hasn't written anything since.
