I have had issue with 321cryptocasino.com. I searched best crypto casino and find in your site 321cryptocasino with good reputation and except uk players. Well I registered account with them and deposits twice. I have put my uk address phone number etc.. everything was OK until yesterday, I couldn't login to my account which uk not allowed to login or registered. I have contacted customer service and explain everything but they are refusing to paying me my deposits back. They are not allowed uk customer for over months but in your website says they are except uk players. Can you please contact them or help me with my refund. My username Erhan88

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. Regarding the restricted countries - we always use the information that we find on the casino's website. We update our review every year, but it's highly possible that they updated their terms and conditions, but we didn't update the review since then. I can see the last update was done in December 2020.

So, it's about the warning, well it says: "This casino deducts the entire balance (or a very large regular dormant account fee) from player accounts that have been inactive for a certain period of time (12 to 18 months)."

Since you have not deposited in the casino yet, this rule does not apply to you, because there is NO active balance in your casino account. Don't worry.

This rule only concerns players with dormant accounts with an active balance.

Basically, to avoid that you should always stop playing in the casino when all has been withdrawn or lost to avoid fees. Is it better now? 🙂

To make sure, I would check your email box to find the confirmation email. Once it's there, saying something like "you are now registered or welcome" I'd say the process was completed.
