Λογαριασμός αποκλεισμένος και καμία ανάληψη

Καλησπέρα, πριν από 3 εβδομάδες έκανα μια ανάληψη στην πλατφόρμα της wingdas η οποία τότε έλεγα ότι ήταν επιτυχής, αλλά όταν επέστρεψα στον λογαριασμό μετά από ώρες απενεργοποιήθηκε και η ανάληψη δεν έγινε, από τότε προσπαθώ για να επικοινωνήσω με την υποστήριξη για επαλήθευση αλλά καμία απάντηση, θα ήθελα να μάθω τον λόγο αυτής της απενεργοποίησης γιατί στην πράξη της ανάληψης δεν υπήρχε καμία απαίτηση, η γραμμή ανάληψης ήταν ήδη πλήρης, αν μπορείτε να με βοηθήσετε, ευχαριστώ.

Replied to you but the response has to be checked manually to be public. This casino has a false license and the max withdrawal amount allowed is really low, maybe you tried to withdraw over that limit and that's why it got rejected. It would be good to know if you never opened more than one account or if you were playing with a bonus and possibly breached the terms for said bonus by playing a restricted game or betting over the max bet allowed while a bonus is active, if not, there is no justification for the account closure, file a complaint

Ευχαριστώ για την απάντηση, καθώς ήταν η πρώτη μου ανάληψη δεν ήξερα ότι θα έπρεπε να κάνω ανάληψη το ελάχιστο των 50,00 αλλά δεν ειπώθηκε τίποτα όταν ζήτησα την ανάληψη και είπε ότι ήταν επιτυχής, αλλά όσον αφορά τον λογαριασμό άνοιξα έναν στο νούμερο από τη μητέρα μου αλλά με τα στοιχεία της μόνο, θα μπορούσατε να διευκρινίσετε αν ήταν αντίθετο με τους όρους, γιατί δεν είχα καμία πληροφορία για αυτό.

Έπαιξα όμως με ένα καθημερινό μπόνους που δίνει η πλατφόρμα, αν θα έπρεπε να κάνω κατάθεση από πριν για ανάληψη δεν το ήξερα, τουλάχιστον θα μπορούσαν να με ενημερώσουν.

If get familiar with the terms and conditions, you'd notice every player is only allowed to use their own account and own payment options. Normally even just one account is allowed per IP/household. The way I see it, you violated the rules in the first place.
