I had random jackpot wheel
The wheel was turning anticlockwise nearly hit the grand and then turn back clockwise?
Is that normal?

What kind of game have you played? We can take a look at it. I believe it was just an animation that should make it more interesting for the player, but that's just my guess.

When I worked in LeoVegas, we didn't have the random jackpot wheel feature so I don't know much about it. Anyway, you don't need to be worried. The result of "the wheel feature" is decided on the server even before you can see it on your screen. The things you see on the screen are just visual effects and a way of showing you the result. You can be sure that nobody's watching your wheel and nobody's trying to change the direction of how it spins. It's just a visual effect.
