hi guys. I am probably the next victim here. I took around christmas a 100% bonus and waggered all the money as described with bets. Now i have 1300€ i want to withdrawal . I tried 4-5 times with Bank Transfer and Revolution (Banktransfer) . They are cancelling my withdrawals After 3-4 days and they keep telling me next time it will probably work or i should try different withdrawal. I mean why do they keep doing this? I am very sad and angry about the Situation. The Money i deposit they take it immediately and when i win for the First time i have to fight for my Money ? Verification is not needed they told me and under the Button verification i can read it too that it is not needed. What can i do now? Please help me .

Hi, I would probably file a complaint with us if it has been going on for so long.

Anyway, back to your problem. The casino told you to try another payment method? Have you tried it or not? Do you also know what the specific problem is or did they not tell you and just repeat that it will work next time?

That sounds very frustrating! Did they give you a clear explanation as to why the withdrawals were not going through? Perhaps there are withdrawal limits or additional verifications that you didn't see. I would recommend contacting their support with specific questions about these rejections.
