I joined the casino about 4 months ago. I have had multiple pay outs. I have screenshots of the money in my bank but it will not let me add attachments.
Yes the process is very slow snails pace slow at times. The games, there are a lot of them some have glitches when playing them as they take your cash and don't spin and the screen goes haywire.
The vip department Sophia was exemplary in her job. However the Vip department are not even replying to my emails now regarding my pending withdrawal they made me cancel 3400 euro withdrawal as said they had problems converting it into UK pounds on their system and the bank returned it. The bank said this never happened. Although previously I found her to be efficient and curtious at all times.
Support staff not that knowledgeable at all and give you a complete load of rubbish excuses. They keep telling you a different excuse everytime you contact them regarding your pending withdrawals.
I would rate the casino now 0 stars if it was possible. As some games have glitches on them and do not play. Yes withdrawals they are slow, not the advertised 48 HOURS. Dracula works faster and he is only out of his coffin at night looking for victims. These rogues are looking for victims 24/7
l now would not recommend the casino at all. I was a genuine loyal player. Withdrawal process has stopped as lately they make any excuse that the bank is returning it etc. I cancelled my withdrawal as no hope in hell of getting it.
