So I joined this casino and initially had a problem with my deposit and for whatever reason live chat stopped working, which was my only way to communicate with their support. So I quickly created a second account with the SOLE purpose of chatting with support, which the one lady knew (Hannah) and after I got the deposit squared away I requested for the account to be closed. Flash forward a few hours later and I got pretty luck so I made a $1000 withdrawal, this is where the problems started. They denied the withdrawal citing I had multiple accounts and that they would need to contact management. I waited and contacted them again and all I kept getting was the run around. Eventually they started trying to make deals with me saying if I made another deposit they would release the withdrawal. WHAT?? I never heard of such a thing. Ultimately probably because of my persistence and they were tired of hearing from me they finally sent the withdrawal. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this casino!
