Why it is very negative, because they have customer support and they shouldn't as they cannot serve simple requests like account closures as well in being polite, they sound robotic and just send useless templates.

- Good provider amount
- Bad Customer Support no willingness to help.
- Charging psp commission even if they state no commissions
- Even if the amount of the slots provider is enough some newer slots are missing
- No RG tools at all, when you mention something they are not aware or ready to help.
