The casino is good, but customer support is the worst I ever faced. I addressed them a request because I am playing for a while on fortuna and I kindly asked if the could offer something for my loyalty. They could have just say no, but instead, they replied to like I was a greedy person, that I am nobody to ask for anything. I feel like it is super rude and they could tell me no in a nice way
