Ola tudo bem? hoje dia 21/07 eu depositei em minha conta 105,00 onde caiu o valor imediatamente, logo após fui efetuar o saque e deu essa mensagem ClientRestrictedForActionWithdraw, fui no suporte da mesma resolver meu problema onde os atendentes automatizado apenas dao um colar em uma mensagem padronizada e nao respondem mais, te deixam falando sozinho sem prazo algum.
Vale lembrar que eu ja fiz a confirmação dos meus documentos nessa plataforma então esta tudo ok. E o que me espanta é que se eles querem bloquear o saque, pq não fizeram o bloqueio do deposito tambem? isso é um absurdo! so quero o estorno do meu dinheiro novamente por favor depois disso podem bloquear o que quiser! Só devolvam o que é meu por direito de deposito que saiu da minha conta bancaria.
