Ευχαριστούμε για την συμμετοχή. Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες αποκατάστασης της δικαιοσύνης από την πλευρά τους, τα χρήματά μου εμφανίστηκαν ως εκ θαύματος στον λογαριασμό του παιχνιδιού μου. Δεν άκουσα κανένα σχόλιο ή συγγνώμη από αυτούς. Τους θεωρώ απατεώνες γιατί μετά την πρώτη μου κλήση στην υπηρεσία υποστήριξης μου είπαν ότι η συναλλαγή μου ήταν ανεπιτυχής και τα χρήματα επιστράφηκαν στον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό. Μετά από όλα όσα έγιναν, δεν θα προτείνω αυτό το καζίνο σε κανέναν και θα γράφω για αυτό το περιστατικό σε όλα τα φόρουμ. Νομίζω ότι τέτοια καζίνο πρέπει να αποφεύγονται.

It is a kind of pyrrhic victory as they say. You may have got the money but the bitter taste will probably remain and I am not surprised that you will probably move to another casino. 

However, you shouldn't forget that it's not always the casino's fault and therefore you shouldn't generalize so much. Because it can be the fault of the 3rd party provider as well. So you know that something like this can happen in other casinos as well, but they should definitely communicate with you and give you reassurance to ensure that it's on a serious level.

May I know what was the last information you've actually gotten from them? It feels really strange to ignore someone who has passed the KYC. Did you perhaps encountry something unusal during the verefication?

Knowing in what status are your withdrawals today might also help a bit.

In any case, if the casino is not willing to communicate with you, I'd say it is time for us to step forward. Definitely a smart move submitting the complaint with us. Though I still hope the process can be avoided, the time for the casino to pay out is getting short.

I'm truly interested in learning more about this whole situation.


I’m seeing a couple people having delayed withdrawals right now, me too - I have 3x400€ pending from the end of last week and another 1.2k sitting in the account (daily cap 400€ & can’t queue more than 3 withdrawals). They’re saying they have an unusual amount of cashouts that’s why there’s a delay, and I’m pretty sure they’re gonna pay out next week, but tbh it’s still kinda shameless that they don’t bother to solve such issues considering their system is already designed to make it as hard as possible to withdraw. the parent company (Novaforge) is huge, they have at least 50+ casinos, so I’d be surprised if they couldn’t easily solve issues like unusual amount of cashouts at one of their sites, if they wanted to. Also this payout is a small percentage of what I’ve lost on all of their sites combined over the last year so.. you know. And of course the temptation is always there when the money is just sitting in the account, which of course is a main part of their model, make it hard to cash out and easy to keep playing I accept that because on the other hand there are regular 100% + bonuses with no max cap + one of the best UI’s across casinos, but come on. I win a portion of what i lost back but then it’s an absolute headache to get the money.

looking at the complaints tab though, multiple similar issues with other Novaforge sites like Casinia, robocat, cazeus

I don't mean to be negative, but maybe that's exactly what the casino wants. That players who have withdrawals here can have a delay and eventually lose money out of frustration. I would say that gambling is not for such people though, because as you said temptation will always be there.

On the other hand, we can also look at it from the casino's point of view, that if they have too many withdrawals, there can be a delay. If the money goes through a third party it's not all the casino's fault and so on. There could be several reasons why this is the case. 

So if they pay you and you have no problem waiting a bit for the money, then I wouldn't see it as a horror.

On the other side, you're right that a giant like this could make the withdrawal process easier and work on it a bit more in the future.

So if you don't get your money, please let me know.

Yeah i lost the other 1.2k in the balance over the weekend. Not touching the 1.2k in requested cashouts tho fck them.

nah making it hard to withdraw is the main pillar of their system tbh, they aren’t gonna change that, but the couple times I won on their sites they paid out after 3-4 working days, so there’s something going on right now

By all means, don't gamble with more money and wait until everything is sorted out, even if it's not right away. Because when you lose, the casino wins in the end, and that's not the way it should be.

Try to be patient and if you don't know where to turn and you don't have any money or any important information why, try our complaint center. 

I will be waiting, hopefully, for positive news.

Hmm, I don't think so, but at least you'll have some back doors. Our team also has to find out the situation and ask some questions first, so it will take some time before we contact the casino. 

Still, I hope you will get your money as soon as possible.😉
