I am writing this to alert the community about the predatory and systemic failures of Toshi.bet. I have documented evidence (transcripts and videos) proving that this casino prioritize profit over basic player safety and legal regulations.


1. Ignoring Self-Exclusion & Addiction: 

On January 9th, I explicitly disclosed my gambling addiction to their support. Instead of the "instant assistance" promised in their policy, they refused to close my account or set limits. Agent "Jef" even mocked me, saying: "If you want to stop then stop playing."


2. Illegal Advice to Circumvent Regulations:

Toshi.bet support explicitly recommended that I use a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions and access their site from a prohibited location. This is a direct violation of standard Terms of Service (ToS) and regulatory laws, used only to keep a vulnerable player depositing.


3. Predatory "Selective Identification":

They claim they cannot link accounts, yet they identified my secondary account as a "duplicate" the very second it was opened just to deny me a deposit bonus. However, they "ignored" this same link to allow me to deposit and lose over $7,700 USD via internal transfers from my banned, addicted account.


4. Lying about Technical Tools:

They repeatedly told me they "didn't have the tools" to limit my account. This was a lie. On January 15th, they magically activated a "Withdraw Mode Only" tool—proving the technology existed all along, but was withheld from me while I was begging for help.


5. Systemic Communication Failure:

As other users here have noted, they completely ignore emails. Their own support confirmed on Jan 9th that their email system was "not working," leaving players with zero official channels to seek protection.


I have submitted a full complaint to Casino Guru with all blockchain TXIDs and video recordings of these chats. If you have any health or addiction issues, DO NOT trust Toshi.bet. They are not a casino; they are a predatory operation that will mock your disease to take your last cent.

​Thank you for your response, but I must emphasize that the situation has escalated to a critical level. I am currently facing personal threats due to the financial losses caused by Toshi.bet’s systemic failure to protect me.

​I have been desperately trying to contact the casino for over a month—since December 2nd—requesting a permanent account closure due to my gambling addiction. Every single one of my emails to their support and self-exclusion addresses was ignored.

​Even when I confronted them in live chat on January 9th, agent Coco explicitly told me: "Done, Your account was closed already". This was a lie. On January 13th, agent Jef confirmed the account was never actually closed.

​Because of this deception, the casino allowed me to deposit and lose over $9,500 USD across my two accounts while I was in a state of absolute vulnerability and begging for help.

​This money was not mine to lose, and my physical safety is now at risk because of Toshi.bet’s predatory behavior. I am begging your team to treat this as a life-threatening emergency. I have already provided the full transcripts and blockchain evidence proving they had the tools to stop me but chose to exploit my addiction instead.

​Please, I need urgent help to resolve this and recover the funds deposited after my initial requests were ignored.

I'm sorry you got yourself into this situation.

We believe that online gambling is supposed to be only for fun and taken as a hobby. If you have real gambling issues, please seek help and never borrow money for gambling.

Your complaint will be treated like hundreds of others we have to deal with every day. You need to be patient.
