Dozens of players not paid for months. Sad to see the owners here being bought out by affiliate money and paid to raise ratings. No other explanation for it.

Hello,

As far as I was told, we showed them lowered Safety Index before to demonstrate that we will lower it significantly if they fail to start paying out players with open complaints. It took some time, but eventually they improved their efforts. However I agree the situation was weird. As a result, the majority of players have been paid after that. However, one relapse, and my colleague from the Data Team assured me that the impact on the Safety Index will be quite worse.

Casinos like Snatch are big and well-known, and there will always be complaints, but based on the actual number and complaints breakdown, most of the actual delays are not of the same kind. Based on our findings, the casino fulfills its payment obligations aside from a few new complaints, but mostly those are in early stages—gathering information from players.

I'd like to say that I'm aware of the quite irrational picture you have been seeing. It took you more than 3 months to get €100 and the complaint was closed and resolved with no impact on the Index. I get it perfectly.

However, as I said, based on experiences with another group of casinos, we prefer a less invasive approach so we could get the final improvement and ensure at least those who had not lost the money in the process (I'm deeply sorry for that outcome) will be paid. Of course I understand the whole time it looked like we were just standing around waiting without taking direct actions.

The casino claims there will be no issues now, and we are waiting for the real outcome. I understand this is not the best comfort for you; I would be disappointed too.

Well, I'm in touch with my colleagues; we're exchanging concrete complaints and thoughts.

This usually occurs when there are a lot of complaints and deadlines of payments demanded by forums or else...


They disable their casinos and use it as an excuse to not pay players.


They must not be getting any deposits to just shut their casinos down for so long.

This situation could also arise due to changes in the platform that casinos operate on, modifications to the payout system or payment provider, alterations in ownership or structure, or various other factors. But I often hear that they are closing due to a lack of resources, which I understand, especially after what many players have been through.

Still, the worst-case scenario, however, is currently unsupported by any concrete evidence. I'm personally not that convinced that this is the end.

Καλημέρα, κυνηγάω τα κέρδη μου από τις 31 Ιουλίου. Συνολικά 10.000 περιμένουν ακόμα να πληρωθούν. On the third day my withdraw was cancelled, without any explanation.

I contacted live chat and was told I needed to submit kyc documents, after I was told it was not required.

I submitted the documents on July 25th and it's now Aug. 14th.

Every long awaited response from any email communication is the same scripted response.

The only responses I got that was quick and positive was in regards to an inquiry if I was allowed to play while my withdraw was frozen/cancelled.

Oh yes, absolutely you can play.

I haven't touched the balance.

I certainly get plenty of emails encouraging me to take advantage of bonuses and deposit lol

A lesson in pure frustration!

Sorry I dont mean to laugh as its not a laughing matter...but if you think your getting your winnings in a few days, i have some bad news to tell you. Cashouts here are 4 months at minimum...if at all.
