I don't think anyone is questioning whether you received that email in 2024. The issue is that the email confirms your account was verified at that time, not that the casino permanently waived its right to request additional verification in the future.
If your complaint is that the current KYC request is excessive, unreasonable, or being used to delay payment, that's a valid point to discuss and evaluate on its own merits.
However, the screenshot itself doesn't prove that no further verification could ever be requested again several years later.
As for the image removal, it wasn't about protecting the casino. It was about protecting your personal information. We moderators routinely remove screenshots containing full names and account-related details regardless of who is right or wrong in the dispute.
