Thanks for your reply. First of all, I deleted your number, name, and email address, because nowadays you have to be careful and it's not a good idea to post personal information on a public forum. This is just for your protection, just in case. 

As for your situation, I must say that I am amazed by everything you have described. 

Based on what you say, you did not get very far with the casino, and such a random disappearance of money from your account is probably not right, especially if the casino cannot prove it.

However, I suggest that you file a complaint with us right away so that it doesn't drag on on your end, and we will start an investigation if you don't have your money and haven't violated anything.

At first, I thought there might be some kind of bonus involved, but as you say, there wasn't.

So, will you go ahead and ask us for help?

I drive a garbage truck for a living and tech stuff really isn't my strong suit! But I've kept every single piece of communication, emails, evidence etc etc. I was considering re financing my home (with wife's permission) and look at legal options threatening the support team at skycrown with x1000 making it $600,000. Didn't budge, didn't change the way they replied...


Yes some help would be great!! All I can say is good luck! I even created an account on LinkedIn something that doesn't interest me or understand what it's actually for but anyway I did. I have messaged the CEO of Curacao Gaming Cedric Pietersz and he replied telling me to file a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Authority and Curacao Gaming Board plus Hollycorn NV. Did so numerous times, have confirmation emails to complaints and none have been answered!

I'm outta options and your help would be great! I can't be ignored, won't be ignored and bottom lines of online casinos outrageously massive profits!

I know the $6000 contributed to theirs!!

I don't know what you shared and copied here, but it wasn't necessary. 

I saw that you tried to file a complaint, but always unsuccessfully. 

From what I've seen, unfortunately, we are no longer able to resolve older cases, which, according to your description, is also your situation.

Also, according to our team, this is probably a case of cybercrime, which means that we have no jurisdiction and are unable to help. 

So, unfortunately, based on what I've found out, it seems that we won't be able to help you.

SkyCrown Casino – You’ll Have to Fight to Get Paid


I’ve been playing at SkyCrown Casino for over a year and have deposited around $25,000 or more. I’ve made four successful withdrawals of $1,000 each—but each one took about 3 weeks to process.


In August 2025, I had several big wins: $10K, then $17K, and most recently $20K on August 1st. I requested two withdrawals of $7,500 (total $15K). That’s when I noticed you can now recall your pending withdrawals—something that wasn’t allowed before. Unfortunately, I fell for it. While waiting, I got frustrated and recalled the funds, played a bit, and ended up losing everything.


Determined not to repeat that, I tried again and split the next withdrawal into smaller amounts: three $2,000 withdrawals, one $1,500, and one $1,000. I played $500 from the $1.5K and tried to withdraw the rest. But the $1,000 got rejected because I selected Mastercard instead of bank transfer (even though my other withdrawals were via bank and are still pending).


When I contacted my VIP manager, she suggested I recall and re-request the withdrawals in smaller amounts—which I had already done. I asked why the other pending withdrawals haven’t been processed. No reply.


Let’s be real: the games are fun, but if you can’t get your winnings, what’s the point? SkyCrown seems to intentionally delay payouts, especially if they sense you’re a regular or impulsive player. It feels like they’re waiting for you to crack and gamble the money back—and many probably do.


If you’re not prepared to wait weeks, chase support, or make public complaints on third-party review platforms, you probably won’t get paid. That’s the harsh truth.


I have all the screenshots and evidence to support everything I’ve said. Once I receive what I’m owed, I’ll be closing my account for good. I was a daily depositor, but they clearly don’t value loyal players—just your money.


This is my honest warning to anyone thinking of playing: don’t waste your time or money unless you’re ready to fight for every dollar you win.

Sorry im just curious i read your issue im having issues with this casino aswell but I read they said you played the 6k did you go and check you gaming history it shows last 50 or 100 bets ? And if you request a full bet transcript they should give it to you, then you can work out if it was actually played or they just confiscated it

Well the history does show I played it, but I never did! I won the money and logged off went to sleep and woke for work. I returned home from work to find the money had disappeared (in there opinion played), hand on heart never did such things hence the evidence I gathered like payroll records, phone records, CCTV footage stills from em arriving and leaving work also matching the payroll records of me bundying in the time clock. And funnily enough matches the history of when the apparent play was happening... Statutory declaration forms sighted and signed by NSW Police all collected and sent to the casino in my own time outside work hours... I work 6 days each week, long hours and very early starts! I get paid very well, my wife is a teacher and makes very very good money also! I own my house and 3 kids all go to school! So I don't need the 6k, if I had it id spend it or my side would anyway quickly and just be absorbed like our combined income! It's the point of me going to the lengths I have wasting my time still chasing this! It's not right, they cannot do what they have done and accused (me playing the money and losing) ,me of! Mate I wouldn't waste my time and theirs either 7 months down the track with daily emails. And then recently be told I will have my funds returned to me as soon as possible, emailed this to me a number of times! See attachment of screenshot of email sent to myself! The CEO Cedric Pietersz from the Curacao Gaming Authority and Curacao Gaming Board told me to complain and I did numerous times but they never answered my call! They never even responded! But I have tried contacting him after the fact to tell him I never heard back and he has but bothered getting back to me! St first he was great, but died off soon after!

I actually had trouble logging in just before I realised the money wasn't there! Like the screen went funny, and told my device security needs a little tweak and my response was showing I had and still am a premium member of NordVPN. Renown for being the best by a long shot! Mostly for my kids and keeping them safe!

I'm sorry to hear about your less than ideal experience. That's a lot of money you probably lost in the end because you waited.

Wasn't it possible to set a loss limit or break or something that would prevent you from losing that money at the casino? 

Sometimes it's just that the casino has delays, limits, and various other things that slow down withdrawals. Sometimes it's a tactic, and maybe they're counting on the player to lose money. 

In any case, in situations like this, it's best not to play with your money, and if it takes too long, try coming here and filing a complaint. Our team will try to help in such a situation. 

However, if you lose your money and have nothing left, then there is nothing we can do to help, so keep that in mind.  I understand that it is not user-friendly, nor is it that you can cancel a withdrawal if it was not possible before, but that is probably exactly what the casino wanted. 

It would be best if it did not work that way, but players also have to stick to their plan and not play if they want to get their money.  

One more time I'm sorry and as I see you have a open complaint I hope everything will turn out well.

I know trust me I stuffed up i was planning to stick to my guns and see it threw but they know how to get me especially my VIP manager she know i love a slap cause im depositing at least 200-300 every single day then sometimes im so mad about losing i fall into a faze where im depositing 2-3k in 24hrs i did set a deposit limit as soon as I won cause just the week prior to this win i won 17k then gambled the whole thing I was determined to actually see some money so I set a loss limit after I requested 2 withdrawals of 7500 each and I still had 5k I played the 300 loss limit then requested to delete it waited 24hrs played again lost the rest of 5k last night I got frustrated cause there's been no progress on my withdrawal so I basically thought to myself this money isn't real there a scam so I started playing again like an idiot but right now what I have In pending im going to see it threw I won't be touching it and will just wait as long as I have to then im going to delete my account which is a shame as im a level 8 on the VIP loyalty program

Yeah man ive been a VIP player there for over a year and I honestly thought they were good until I realised everytime I go to withdraw they deliberately take long to process big wins (10k-20k) because they know i love a slap and just want me to cancel the withdrawals so I gamble it and they don't pay me idc what anyone says this is there #1 tactics after they try use verification strategy but you know they can see exactly what device was used and if a different device was used there able to see it and see the ip address so ask them during the time I allegedly gambled the funds send me a screenshot of what device was logged in at the time cause there liable for your security of your account if im going off common sense like I mean hackers don't target individuals themselves they target companies and get a whole bunch of data to either use against an organisation for ransom or to log in on people accounts and still money so I'd be asking for the device details at the time of the disappearing money and the game history literally says the exact time of every spin.

For someone to take the time to hassle a payroll clerk at there workplace, have 2x statutory declaration forms, mobile phone records and stills taken from CCTV cameras around my workplace is alot if effort on my part, more so those gathering the evidence I asked for! For all that and others digging up what I asked of, seems a little far fetched if I was trying to rip them off! I understand that they have strong measures in once for fraud also, so I'm fully aware of the consequences if proven that fraud was committed! I have even considered expensive legal action against the casino but before I do I have had the worst trouble even finding skycrown casinos address, the licence holder for the casino address or email I can contact from the highest level of the entire operation ground up. Would it be the Curacao Gaming Authority or the Curacao Gaming Board? Because I have both sent emails and have the confirmation emails in reply am telling me they got the message and would contact me in due course! I but once heard from either, not once! I will ask compensation of x1000 just for the time, headache efforts on my part, evidence gathered and totally ignored on there part, daily emails, the continual rubbish and around in circles and circles and circles by support to still nothing.

Not to mention an email informing me that my money will be returned as soon as possible, first come first served! Pretty clear cut to me and everyone I've asked about ten email that they told me if have my money returned!

I see that the deposit and loss limits weren't very effective. During this time, you shouldn't be playing with money, at least if we're talking about loss limits, unless you set a very high one. In that case, I would probably consider taking a break, to be honest. Maybe even stop playing altogether and, if you can't control it, try to find some help. 

In any case, I would now focus on not losing money and I guess everything will work out.

I would try to contact the licensing authority, such as GCB, and if that doesn't work, I would try to go through a lawyer. 

I think that's probably the only way to go. 

I'm really sorry that we can't help in situations like this.

As for the wording and the fact that you want x1000 for everything that happened, I would consult with the lawyer about everything if you decide to go ahead with it. 

To be honest, I don't know how it works exactly and what they will tell you about your rights.

But at least you'll be able to say you tried everything.

I am after some advice. I had a significant win yesterday on Skycrown ($65,000 AUD) - Most of it on 1x $6 bet feature with Big Catch Bonaza (thank you 10x $6000 fish).

Had a few withdrawals in the past and roughly paid out within 12 hours. My plan was to follow their previous advice when speaking with the support team and my VIP manager and adhere to the terms and conditions by limiting myself to 2x $800 withdrawals a day till I hit the $7500 weekly max and the $45000 monthly max. Slowly working my way to withdrawing the amount. This doesn't faze me however I am now about 36 hours in with pending withdrawals (3x $800 and 1x $1500).

Based on the delays I have seen here and the fact I would need to wait 14 days post any movement to lodge a complaint here, would it be in my interest to now post a few larger withdrawal amounts as to hurry them along so it doesnt drag out for months on end?

Granted customer support have been responding and as such my VIP manager but it has reached the generic response stage. I understand it may take some time but if I am waiting weeks per withdrawal amount and doing lower numbers, it could drag out forever. Thoughts? Advice? Guidance?

Big congratulations on that win! That’s huge.

I get why the waiting feels frustrating, especially when you’d had payouts much quicker before.

From what you’ve said, though, your withdrawals are still pending rather than refused, and support is at least responding.

It makes sense you’d want to take some kind of precaution. I’d just say that a complaint is more of a statement of dissatisfaction with unfair treatment, and that doesn’t really fit the situation right now.

Trying larger withdrawals could make sense in theory, but if the casino is already slowing things down, that step might even backfire. What might help instead is if the casino could outline some kind of clear withdrawal plan for you going forward, so you know exactly what to expect and can plan around it.

For now, it’s probably best to stick with the limits they set and give it a bit more time, even if it feels slow. Just to be clear, of course, you can always file one if it would give you peace of mind. I’d also encourage you to stay in touch here so it’s visible whether the withdrawals are moving along.

I agree and I am happy to wait the 14 days required before lodging a complaint here. I have made further contact with my VIP manager who has asked me to contact customer support via email due to the pending transactions.


Still sitting pending and I will wait for their response. Hopefully there's no need to get to the point of lodging the complaint but it is clear they are intentionally delaying the process for unknown reasons.

I have a 100% verified account but am having problems receiving any winnings from Skycrown. Even though my documents for verification were accepted and casino account verified, after 15 days they are using every excuse possible to cancel my withdrawal requests for $7,000. Again after confirming my withdrawal was being actioned & that my casino account is in final stages of transferring money into my bank they again have stalled by advising that my verification documents were now unacceptable. Suddenly they are unable to process my withdrawal and I have to re-upload my documents for the 10th time to start the whole process again. I was ensured by Customer Support via email earlier today that nothing more was needed from me to ensure smooth processing of my winnings then I got another email hours later stating none of my documents were acceptable and unclear and to re-upload again. I've never had a single issue with verification or withdrawing winnings, even upto $23k, from any other casinos until now. I might try resubmitting a withdrawal for a lesser amount and see how that goes?


I am now very concerned that I will never receive a cent of my entitled winnings from Skycrown.

Update: They again have requested another selfie of myself so I tried to upload another photo and found that they suspended my account. I've emailed the Support department again who said they forwarded my email to the relevant department and wait for a response. This is beyond a joke now.
