They should at least offer some other bonus that is available to you now when you have deposited money to your account.

you can deposit 50k but if are limited to 1000-2300 a day 24 timer and 10k to 23k limit a month. So pretty much 10 day and if you don’t keep playing they drop your vip stats from 5 to 4 and lower your limits. If you just don't want to play, they will try to keep you as long as possible, but if there is the gambling problem mentioned, they should take care of the account right away, close it, and pay you the money.

I made a withdrawal request for $300 on RTBet on May 25th and their own t & c 6.15 "Deposits are work through by the financial department within 3 business days after the request was made" Its has been 13 days, 10 of which are business days. I am repeatedly given the same scripted messages by support about delays and there are many withdrawals to process. Hard to believe there have been a huge wave of withdrawal requests that have extended the timeframe by 3x. But it is irrelevant since its their own t & c that set out the timeframe and they are responsible to uphold that just as I am. If I breached a term I would 100% be penalized accordingly for doing so. Ive attempted to verify my account which they will not let me do stating it is not necessary however this will be another delay I am sure once they request all of this information. Bottom line is its been 2 weeks for a small $300 withdrawal and I just want my money and I need help because I cannot get it from them.
The casino has informed you that the verification is not needed by email, or is it stated in your account, perhaps?

Yes I requested to initiate the KYC process because I didnt want them to delay it any further and I was told by support verification it is not needed at this time. I am almost certain this is another delay tactic and if the financial department finally acknowledges my withdrawal that they will then request KYC documents which will be another delay for god knows how long.
They tell me its a delay with the financial department, some say its because of the number or withdrawal requests, some say its an unexplained delay but they will escalate it which never happens. One even replied saying withdrawals take 3 business days after the request and it was already the 5th day. I ask for an estimated time and they say it impossible to say but dont worry your money is safe, just wait a bit longer.They are all over the place, and by the 68 complaints I see plus the poor reviews, the majority of them face the same challenges. Clearly this is their normal behaviour and has nothing to do with the amount of withdrawal request.
This was just today after 16 days waiting now, again, very soon but cannot say when and no verification needed.

Ive been told my withdrawal will be escalated at least 5 times now and its now been 17 days and I continue to get the same run around. I cant believe this treatment for $300. Im so frustrated and just want to be treated fairly. Stellar Ltd. has a lot of casinos under their brand and they really need to be held accountable for this type of behaviour.
