Στη συνέχεια είχα υπέροχα κέρδη και κατέληξα στο ποσό των 9500 ευρώ 💯Πήγα διακοπές στις 3 Ιανουαρίου και επέστρεψα σήμερα στις 12 Ιανουαρίου! Έλεγξα τον λογαριασμό μου για πρώτη φορά μετά από αυτό το διάστημα και σοκαρίστηκα γιατί ξαφνικά μου έμειναν μόνο 322 ευρώ στον λογαριασμό μου! Ομοίως, η πληρωμή των 500 ευρώ απλώς ακυρώθηκε 😠 Έστειλα ένα email για πληρωμή κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών μου, καμία απάντηση από τον πάροχο!

Όταν ρωτήθηκε στο chat, η απάντηση έρχεται: Πρέπει να ελέγξω τα email μου! Δεν έλαβα ποτέ email! Ζητώ βοήθεια

However, you say that you completed the bonus and asked for a withdrawal of €500, which the casino later cancelled. 

After this bonus which you successfully completed you won more money and when you later came to your casino account the money was withdrawn on the basis that you had completed the bonus which did not apply to this money, do I understand this correctly ? Do you have a screenshot of this bonus somewhere ? 

Anyway, I saw that you managed to file a complaint, so we'll see where this goes. I hope you get your money.

Εν ολίγοις, δεν μου πίστωσαν το μπόνους μου δύο φορές, παρόλο που ήταν ενεργοποιημένο, και αν μιλήσεις με την υποστήριξη, απλώς ενοχλούνται και βασικά πιστεύουν ότι φταίνε οι ίδιοι. Τότε δεν μπορείτε πλέον να κάνετε ανάληψη των χρημάτων σας. Μου έχει συμβεί δύο φορές και σε δύο φίλους μου από μία φορά.
