Στις 17/09/2024 ζήτησα απόσυρση. Υποτίθεται ότι θα χρειαστούν από 1 έως 3 ημέρες για την επεξεργασία του. Επειδή δεν μου έφτασε μέσω του chat, επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπαν ότι το δουλεύουν και ότι χρειάζονται περίπου 5 ημέρες εξαιρουμένων των Σαββατοκύριακων. Σήμερα κοίταξα ξανά και δεν εμφανίζεται πλέον ως διαθέσιμη ανάληψη, αλλά ότι δεν έχω τα χρήματα στην κάρτα ή στο bookmaker για να παίξω. Επικοινώνησα ξανά μαζί τους και μου είπαν ότι δεν έχει γίνει ακόμη επεξεργασία. Μετά από λίγη ώρα, καθώς δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος, επικοινώνησα ξανά μαζί τους και μου είπαν ότι έγινε επεξεργασία αλλά ότι θα χρειαστούν 3 μέρες ακόμα για να εμφανιστεί στην κάρτα. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι έμεινα άσχημα λόγω των ετερόκλητων απαντήσεων στις οποίες επικοινώνησα ξανά και μου είπαν ότι δεν έχει διεκπεραιωθεί και ότι αντιμετωπίζουν προβλήματα λόγω μεγάλου αριθμού αιτούμενων αναλήψεων.
