Doesn't this look like the issue was there before, and just recently it got worse?

There are five open complaints regarding payment delays, so frankly, you are not the only ones. 🙁
Luckily, all complaints have been resolved aside from the rejected ones - in my opinion, that's a good sign. Now, I hope this trend will live on!

No its not the worst experience! But the casino should be more responsible and give better answers to the customers! Also in my opinion it is bad when they say the withdrawals are completed in 3 business days time and then they give you excuses that they are sorry about delays! They should be more responsible and give you at least a timeframe that you will receive the payments like in 15 days for example! Because when you ask them "when i will receive my money" they cannot give you a reliable answer! Overall at least they pay you

We usually give casinos 14 full days to get the verification process done, as they have explained to you in your complaint as well. Try to be a little more patient, please, would you?🙏 I'm sure after this time frame, our complaint team will try to help you out with your case, and get it solved.

I completely agree with you here. They should be able to explain the matter better, without any excuse. Even though, there can be some obstacle, which can occur during those 3 days they say, right? As far as they are able to explain it, it can be understood, in my opinion. Hopefully you will get your money soon.🤞
