Hey, that's exactly how it shouldn't work. Unfortunately it's not the first time I've encountered this and I'd definitely like to know why.
Did the casino say anything relevant to this or not? Why didn't they want to give you a bonus?

Has anyone got paid out by this casino?
Trustpilot has a terrible 1 rate of 48 reviews and all say they scam the player and don't pay out.
I do see the warning signs of Rabidi owned ;(
I saw misleading information by Casinoguru that its something else than Rabidi but IT IS ACTUALLY RABIDI. I feel scammed by Casinoguru into a non pay site.
