Hello, I think that if you write to the casino that this is your current situation, you should be able to change it, or they should be able to change it. Did you tell them you have a different address? If so, what did they say?

My favourite casino I have ever gambled at by some way. Great game selection at great rtps. Once your verified you shouldn't have any issues. Layout very easy to use and navigate. Love playing here

Once documents were put in I pretty sure I was verified within 24 hours but it was a while ago now but I'm sure it wasn't to long and the great thing is, once that was done I was good to go and haven't had any issues. As for game providers literally there all really good and play really well I like the pragmatic, hacksaws and pg softs but all providers play really well and seem to be the best versions of the games available, set to a good rtp. This is what makes mystake a cut above, in my view. Have had some great wins from time to time. Highly recommend 👌

Γεια σας, πριν 2 μέρες κατέθεσα 20 ευρώ στο mystake. Έπαιξα μαζί τους και σταδιακά έβγαλα 122 ευρώ. Η απόσυρση επιβεβαιώθηκε αρχικά, αλλά μετά από λίγες ώρες στο ιστορικό gaming ειπώθηκε ότι οι αναλήψεις μου ακυρώθηκαν. Είμαι σίγουρος ότι τα χρήματα δεν επιστράφηκαν στον λογαριασμό μου. Όταν έγραψα για υποστήριξη, μου έγραψαν ότι μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα και ότι τα έχασα, αλλά μετά την ανάληψη 122 ευρώ δεν συνέχισα να παίζω, οπότε είμαι σίγουρος ότι δεν μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα, τι πρέπει να κάνω;

I am not sure if the casino can change the RTP whenever they like, though. If the casino is regulated by some authority, they should control it, you know.

No I don't think they can change it as and when, but they have a choice to take the game at a higher or slightly lower rtp and in my experience there usually set to the best rtp available, plus there's slightly different versions of each game (in the way they play) and again in my experience it's usually the best version.
