Να συμπληρώσω ότι το παράπονο δεν έχει ανέβει ακόμα είναι υπό εξέταση. Έχω όλα τα στιγμιότυπα που χρειάζεται.

Guys, I think we all experienced the exact same negative experience with withdrawals and account closure. This company and its sister casino do the same and the only way to deal with this is to raise a complaint via Casino guru and then we either get satisfaction about our complaints or the Casino doesnt respond/ Help and its gets marked down and flagged as blacklisted casino.

Loss of players and revenue will get their attention.

Hello, I think I understand where you're coming from. In the past, saying I want to self-exclude was enough to close the account, as far as I heard, - without further discussion. Yet the trend has changed, it seems.

I would at least appreciate something like a panic button, which would give the player some time to see through a challenging period and perhaps prevent further losses. May work as the first part or step of the self-exclusion request itself. Just thinking aloud here.
